Robert H. Greenlee, the firm’s founder and principal, is a real property economist and commercial real estate professional. Involved in and directly responsible for each assignment, he has studied every major market in the region; this experience has gained him a unique and valued perspective of growth and development issues on the Delmarva Peninsula. As a result, Mr. Greenlee is recognized regionally for his expertise in matters pertaining to market analysis, economic development, adequate public facilities and community revitalization. These skills are also applied to the redevelopment and value enhancement of specific sites and portfolios, and he has been invited to address important regional and national conferences on this issue.
With an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina and a masters degree in Economics earned at Loyola College in Baltimore, Mr. Greenlee continues to pursue educational opportunities related to the economics and appraisal of real estate. He has completed both the “Yellow Book” course pertaining to Federal land acquisitions and the Valuation of Conservation Easements course, and is current on his continuing education requirements for the states in which he is licensed.
